We’re looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in developing and growing our Banking-as-a-Service product suite for the US market and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Product stakeholders to inform the product vision and strategy and define a high-level product roadmap
  • Translate the high-level product roadmap and business requirements into well-defined product requirements including features & user stories, and define detailed user experience
  • Drive prioritization of features, balancing the requirements of stakeholders and providing trade-off recommendations when needed
  • Engage and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization (Compliance, Risk, Operations, etc.) to ensure all relevant requirements are captured and considered as part of the development cycle
  • Lead Discovery process of features/solutions
  • Oversee End-to-End delivery of solutions, manage dependencies, raise risks and issues in a timely manner, and communicate development schedules to business stakeholders
  • Manage the backlog – plan and groom user stories with scrum teams, ensuring to follow proper definitions (Ready, Done, etc.) and detailed Acceptance Criteria
  • Support testing and deployment of solutions through the different stages
  • Create product-related documentation with the technical documentation team 
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future enhancements and investments
  • Consult business stakeholders to identify and drive opportunities with partners / vendors / customers

 

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions in partnership with engineering teams in an agile environment
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product development. Preferred in areas of Baas, payments, issuing, acquiring, or digital payments
  • Ability to translate ideas / product concept into an executable plan for taking the product from concept to development to market
  • Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, writing features and user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Fast learner on both technical and business sides with a strong customer centric mindset
  • A passion for building products and capabilities that solve real consumer needs, with an emphasis on API solutions, open banking, or other trends in the financial services space
  • Ability to employ critical thinking and develop capabilities that can be re-used in other settings
  • Proactive, self-starter with ‘can do’ approach
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail and results oriented, able to analyze data to justify product decisions and apply key learnings
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

Salary Range: $150,000.00-$200,000.00
