Stoke Talent is searching for an Enterprise Account Executive to be a driver of new business and to make a major impact on Stoke’s continued revenue growth. In the role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities within targeted accounts.

What am I going to do?

  • Work directly with potential customers, in a consultative sales manner, to be a driving force behind Stoke’s new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead the entire sales process from initial customer outreach, product consultation and demo, negotiations and procurement, followed by customer onboarding and revenue growth over time. 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual goals building your pipeline of new enterprise business.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Manage your business pipeline and book of business via CRM to accurately forecast new customers and revenue growth. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the “alternative workforce” and become a trusted 

What are the qualifications?

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience closing deals with long and complex sales cycles. 
  • A track record of success in breaking into new markets.
  • Strong experience using inside sales SaaS systems and tools.
  • You should be a self-starter and problem solver - resourceful, analytical, and somebody that thrives from autonomy and trust. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Openness to mentorship and learning.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92 - $140K. Our salary is to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, locations and other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position may be eligible for commissions, bonus, equity and benefits
