Role 🎨

Serve as de facto Chief of Staff to the Head of Clinical Operations (and 1st Mindbloom employee). Increase the intelligence, velocity, and efficiency of Mindbloom’s operations by ensuring automated and accurate reporting of core KPIs, achieving clinician capacity targets across 35+ states, and leading strategic projects to improve the client experience and launch new products.
