We are looking for someone who is proficient in all administrative-centric tasks such as scheduling, tracking correspondence, data input, and other standard work in content development and management for a web-based platform. Additionally, the content coordinator will be someone who has accrued a taste level when it comes to art. Similar to an arts-administrator, a successful candidate will also have experience in visual communication, design, or copy writing.

You will be working alongside the Heads of Content to develop content acquisition and initiatives for the GameStop NFT marketplace. As a direct point of contact for NFT creators invited to join the platform, you’ll also aid the Blockchain development team in managing emergent issues. Impeccable communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential in this role, as Content works in direct partnership with many departments at GameStop, from legal and compliance to marketing and social media.

This position requires at least 3 years’ experience in an administrative or a similar role. Experience working in the video game, film and television, or other media industries is preferred but not required. Some experience in western Intellectual Property and copyright law is an asset.

Hard skills:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Discord experience is preferred but not essential.
• Scheduling and calendar management
• database navigation and management
• Needs to demonstrate at least some knowledge base in crypto, NFTs, and NFT trends
