As a core part of the leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to define and execute Hey Jane’s marketing roadmap across our current key functions: growth, product marketing, brand marketing and communications. You’ll prioritize strategic investments in new markets, channels, and efforts, all while building out a hiring pipeline to drive future growth. From day one, you’ll lead an incredibly talented and audacious 3-person team.

You are...

    • Extensively experienced (8+ years) in marketing with at least 2 years at an early-stage startup, hyper-growth company, or resource-constrained environment
    • A proven leader with at least 3 years of management experience, plus a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams 
    • A structured thinker, with demonstrated ability to design and execute growth and marketing strategies that scale
    • Exposure to many facets of marketing: brand, product, growth, lifecycle, PR/comms, etc.
    • A natural collaborator who seeks out feedback and ideas from team members
    • Able to thrive and adapt in an extremely ambiguous and dynamic environment
    • An excellent communicator across formats: verbal, written and data 
    • Comfortable in the weeds and at 30K feet — from in-depth CAC analysis to high-level strategy
    • Passionate about disrupting the status quo of reproductive care and building a future where complete, stigma-free care is available to all

    • Devise short and long-term goals and marketing strategies that drive brand growth and affinity
    • Lead the evolution of the brand, and our messaging
    • Take a patient-centered approach to problem-solving, building a nuanced understanding of our patients and their needs
    • Create and share insightful reports and dashboards, making key decisions strongly rooted in data
    • Hire, develop, train, and mentor exceptional talent, holding your team accountable to their goals
    • Refine team processes, and adapt them as we scale
    • Foster a spirit of shared mission and purpose
